Why get our engineers to replace your DC Jack?
Our skilled engineers can replace your laptop dc jack for you, simply send us your laptop and we’ll do the rest!
Fitting a dc socket entails completely stripping the machine and some delicate soldering. Many customers prefer not to do this. We will diagnose the fault and ensure the part is replaced with a genuine spare. If we find the dc jack replacement does not resolve the problem we’ll contact you to discuss the options.
Please remember that as well as the fitting service we will charge you for the cost of the replacement dc jack, but this charge does include returning the laptop to you. Please send your current ac adpater to us so we can test this with your repair.
If you buy a dc socket and replace it yourself and it does not recitfy the fault you cannot return the jack to us once it has been fitted to your laptop.

Are you local? we’re based between Preston and Leyland, if you live in the North West you can deliver and collect your laptop in person.
This product carries a one year warranty against defects.
In the unlikely event of failure please email us with details and we will arrange for replacement.
