We are happy to fit your keyboard free of charge, simply send us your laptop and we’ll do the rest!
If you prefer you may wish to use our Collection Service rather than sending us your machine – please note the Collection Service is chargeable.
Why free? – replacing a keyboard is very straightforward on most laptops, it takes us just a few minutes.
Most of our customers manage to fit their own keyboards without too much difficulty. We sell thousands of keyboards every year, so for the small number of customers who are less confident of their abilities we have always offered this as a free option – and are happy to continue to do so!
Are you local? – we’re based between Preston and Leyland, if you live in the North West and can call in give us a call to check the keyboard is in stock, and we’ll fit the keyboard free of charge. We cannot guarantee to do this while you wait but will always try!
